Reserve the entire facility (4 bays + member lounge) for your group, up to 50 guests. This booking is required for parties above 25 people.

Social Bays
Reserve our 3 spacious social bays, wet bar & merch area (does not include member lounge or privacy bay). Host up to 25 people.

Lounge & Privacy Bay
Reserve our member lounge and privacy bay (one Trackman simulator) for your guests to mingle and celebrate.

- 2-hour space rental with access to the facility 30 minutes prior and after for setup and breakdown
- Use of wet bar area (refrigerator, microwave, sink, ice machine, prep space) during your event
- For whole venue rentals, 1 member of The Bays staff on-site to assist with Trackman golf simulator set up and play

Policy Summary
- Groups of more than 25 people requires rental of the entire venue
- Payment due at time of booking
- Refunds available only 30 days or more from event
- Date & time changes subject to availability
- Guest count changes subject to approval
- All guests must sign waiver
- No event will be considered booked and confirmed until payment is received and Bays Agreement executed
