Meet Rich Hubbard: The Bays In -House Pro

Rich Hubbard, former Wisconsin Badger and Charleston local. Hubbard is a seasoned golf professional with a focus on performance analysis, specializing in short game mechanics. He has excelled in both playing and caddying roles across numerous PGA and LPGA tournaments. Since 2017, he has successfully enhanced player strategies, developed key industry relationships, and provided critical insights during over 15 tournaments annually.

  • Zach Newsome

    A native of Charlotte, NC, Zach began his golf career at Rolling Hills Country Club and became a Class A PGA Professional after graduating from Methodist University. Since joining The Daniel Island Club in 2014, he has expanded the PGA Junior League Program from 22 to over 60 golfers and fosters growth through programs like Operation 36 and SuperSpeed Training. Zach has a deep familiarity with Trackman simulators and incorporates them into his training methodology.

  • Brandon Ray

    Brandon Ray, a PGA of America Teaching Professional and 2014 U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Coach, has over eleven years of full-time instructional experience and has been active in the Charleston area for six years. He currently operates the Lowcountry Lessons Academy at Patriots Point Links in Mount Pleasant, SC, after studying under leading instructors such as Mike Perpich and David Orr, and earning his degree and PGA license from Campbell University. As the owner of the local DryveBox facility he hosts tournaments regularly on Trackman devices and looks forward to sharing the experience within The Bays clubhouse!
