Rules & Reminders

House balls or brand-new-from-the-sleeve ONLY. Marked balls leave marks on the screen, and used balls fray the screen fabric.

Clean clubs/grooves before each session.

All guests must sign waiver.

No liquor. Please remove your beer/wine after your round.

Tech Support & Troubleshooting

Frozen Bay

Quick walk-through from Rich

Ctrl+Alt+Delete->Task Manager->close Trackman Performance Studio

Restart computer from Windows

Click "Yes" to permissions when prompted.

Open Trackman Performance Studio from the desktop.

Trackman Issue

Trackman has a 24/7 troubleshooting line, staffed by experts. If you are having a tech-related issue, call (810)225-9855 first. You can also use (602)362-9714.

Text the team at (843) 284-3164 for facility issues, or if Trackman Support is unable to resolve tech issues.

Serial Numbers for Each Bay

These can be helpful for Trackman Support, or for connecting your phone camera to the Trackman software for recording your swings.

SONOS

The SONOS speakers are all connected to the house WiFi. As long as you're on the house WiFi ("The Bays"), you should be able to project your device.

Note: They are not Bluetooth speakers. You need to be on the Wifi and then should see them as speaker options in your music app (Spotify, AppleMusic, etc.)

Live TV

All TV's are logged into YouTubeTV, with NFL Sunday ticket included.

Tip: The TV's synchronize better when using the AppleTV devices to open the YouTubeTV app!
