Social Bay Premium Rental + Lounge

Thank you for choosing The Bays for your special event! 

You have elected to purchase the Social Bay Rental with the added use of our beautiful lounge!  Excellent Choice!  This entitles you to exclusive use of our social bay area, containing a wet bar at three Trackman simulators, as well as our gorgeous member lounge!  Our private bay will remain open for bookings.   

Please be sure that you have confirmed your desired date and time with The Bays, made payment, and signed the Event Rental Agreement to secure your booking. Unless you have been explicitly told otherwise by a Bays staff member, we cannot hold reservations unless these conditions have been met. 

We require all guests of the bays to sign a guest waiver.  To make your event run as smoothly as possible, please make it your priority to have all of your guests sign it in advance!   Here is a link to distribute in advance!  The Bays Guest Waiver. 

We would love to help you personalize your event with branding, screen casting, games like longest drive or closest to the pin, and layout.  We are happy to provide our available tables, coverings, and drink buckets-just let us know what you need in advance by emailing events@thebaysgolf.com.  Please note that we have a small industrial ice maker.  We suggest bringing an extra bag or two if you plan on stocking several buckets or a cooler.   Feel free to create a playlist of your favorite music to share on our Sonos system during your event!

We are happy to provide catering options, or you are welcome to arrange for outside providers.  Keep in mind that you will have access to The Bays half an hour in advance of your two hour event, and for half an hour after the event end, but this is for set up and breakdown purposes only (and we will be there to help!).  We will still be booking out to our membership during this time.   

A staff member will be on site to assist you day-of to keep things easy and worry free!
